Can I book an appointment online?
The easiest way to book an appointment at The Eyebrow Specialist is through our website.
However, to secure your appointment, we’ll require a $50 deposit. Please make payment directly into the following account:

How long will the treatment last?
This is possibly the most common question I receive from clients. The answer, however, is not a one-fits-all solution. How long treatment lasts depends on a number of different factors, like your unique brows, skin type, the skills of the eyebrow artist, and the quality of the product used during the treatment. Here at The Eyebrow Specialist in Pallara, Brisbane, we make sure to only use products of the highest quality, to protect your skin and ensure you get the best possible results.
Depending on your treatment and look, we usually recommend re-booking every 2-4 weeks to keep your brows and lashes looking great.
How many treatments do I have to do to start seeing results?
In many cases, we have seen excellent results after only one treatment, though depending on your individual skin needs, consecutive treatments may assist in achieving the optimum outcome. We will happily discuss your individual needs and accommodate your schedule to plan your course of treatment for the best possible outcome.
How much is the treatment?
We have a wide selection of eyebrow treatments and facial solutions, as well as a number of add-ons to boos results and enhance your experience at our salon. Your investment depends on your selection of treatments. Our treatments cover everything from eyebrows and eyelashes to facial solutions and your relaxation needs and range from $15 – $300.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
You can book your appointment online via our website or over the phone.
However, to guarantee your booking, we do require a deposit of $50 into the following bank account:

As soon as we have received your deposit, your booking will be confirmed.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
We understand that your plans can change and you may wish to move or cancel your appointment. But please keep in mind that we purposely block out time for your treatment and may even turn down other bookings during your appointed time slot. So, please be respectful and consider our time as well.
You can cancel up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Thereafter, we may charge a cancellation fee of $30.00.
No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the booking’s total value.
If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to find a time that suits you better.
Do you provide eyebrow grooming for men?
From the start, we specialised in providing the best eyebrow services for women and don’t currently offer eyebrow grooming services for men.
There are a number of eyebrow studios in Brisbane that offer men’s grooming services or cater to both men and women.
The Eyebrow Specialist is a women-led salon catering to women only.
What’s your availability?
Please check the bottom of our website for updated salon opening hours. We are a by-appointment-only salon and require appointments to be booked in advance. The fastest way to check our availability and book your treatment of your choice is to use our online bookings.
How much time is needed for my appointment?
Depending on the choice of your treatment, appointments can take between 10min to 60m. If you booked multiple treatments or one of our fabulous Deluxe Beauty Packages, treatment time can take up to 2 hours. We always make sure to provide you with a time frame at the time of booking and in our treatment descriptions. If you are still unsure of how much time to plan for, simply send us a message and we’ll let you know in advance, so you can plan in enough time.
Which treatment is right for me?
Most clients will love Signature Brow Design – if you are a new guest to our salon – or Signature Brow Maintenance if you have visited us within the last 6 weeks. Of course, we are always happy to discuss your individual needs.
Our facial solutions have become a popular add-on for many clients to enjoy a little pampering during their eyebrow appointment and walk out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

How long will the results last?
The results of our eyebrow treatments last for about 2-4 weeks, depending on the level of maintenance and the type of your brows. We also provide maintenance packages to help you stay looking your absolute best.
I have sensitive skin, can I still get this treatment?
Yes, we have all-natural treatments available that are a great alternative for sensitive skin types. When recommending a treatment, we always take into account your individual skin type, needs, and preferences. Where is The Eyebrow Specialist located?
Our treatment room is located at 123 Brookbent Road in Pallara, Brisbane. Please note that we operate by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins. To book an appointment, please click here.
Do you have parking available?
While we do not have dedicated customer parking, there is plenty of street parking available. If you don’t live too far away, we recommend catching an Uber to your appointment or have someone chauffeur you. That way you can enjoy a little relaxation before and after your treatment.
Can I just drop in?
We operate by appointment only and require all treatments to be booked in advance. Please use the booking page on our website to make an appointment or simply send us a message via our contact page.
Do you have a COVID-Safe plan in place?
