In recent years, anxiety has been rising and our mental health is a growing issue. So, we understand that sometimes, you just need space. Space to escape the stresses of daily life for a while and simply be in the moment. Therefore, we have decided to offer the option of “The Silent Treatment“.
If you’re in need of some quiet time, or simply don’t feel like talking, know that we will happily accommodate your wish and perform your treatment in complete silence. Simply add “Silent Treatment” in the notes when booking or message us before your appointment and we will make sure you get some well-deserved rest with zero judgement. You can even bring your headphones if you like to listen to some calming music.
We will briefly discuss your needs upon arrival if needed, and then you can simply sit back and relax. There is absolutely no need for small talk if you don’t feel like it.
